I don't like them. I traded all mine back in long ago.
Understand, I love them for working on bikes, I can break a bolt loose and then it’s a ratcheting nut driver. They aren’t as strong as a fixed head but I am not usually breaking big stuff with them, an indexing ratchet is great, but the offset can put an odd angle on the bolt or nut, electric impacts are a lifesaver too! The Milwaukie 3/8 stubby is getting a lot of use nowadays

Their head is huge compaired to a standard ratchet. They have their place for sure just not in my box.

Wife is working on her masters plus 45 so she's finishing a couple more classes before heading back in a few weeks to teach(public school), then a few classes next yr and she'll be done with "learning" for a bit lol. I've got a homeschool orientation where we put together all our curriculum for the yr, then our three start back up in a few weeks also, guess who gets to teach that:comp4:.
Random pic of the day for me.
@Flint Mitch I was thinking of you when I got this one.
Then I ground a couple chains too :D.

Looks like you blurred the faces of the logs, hiding the identity of the murdered wood! Lol

Cookies are my favorite to split!
I did:jaja-no:.
Here they are now, all ready for the shoulder, sure I'll be making a few more before then to fill the basket :).

I've been cleaning up a lot.
These are some ash logs that fell on a job I did a couple yrs ago, they were a little punky and I'm not into working them for a few sticks so into the fire they go. The elm cookie/notch that's stopping the log from rolling out is about 30" across for size reference, they look a good bit smaller because my daughter is behind them, their probably 22-24" across.

Here's the tree they were from, talk about size perception being off; the tramp is a mini tramp, it makes the tree look huge:pancarta:.

Whew! Been a busy week back on the estate. I am off for a bit before I return in september.

Here's a few pics:

Huge HorseChestnut that was a HUGE pain to fall. Especially with a 30" bar on an 044. Poor saw...

We did for one year.

So what is this home school curriculum you speak of?
It's called classic conversations.
It isn't cheap if you go to the "class" once a week, but if you buy the curriculum and do it all at home its not bad.
Why wouldn't you want your kids in public schools, I hear about how good they are all the time .

That's the program we used too. It was around $700 for are 2 boys when they were in 2nd and 5th grade. The jr high program would of doubled the price.

I don't run in softwood much, but I ran the 346 in some today, pretty crazy looking chips.
Look at the growth rings :p.
