20170527_094951.jpg My grandmother "tines" house she passed in 1985 i think.
It's been empty since then it has no easy access other than a 80ft near vertical dirt path down the hill and across a creek.
She was tough no running water carried it daily from a dug well.
She walked over six miles roundtrip to a grocery store when needed.
Edit .
it had no easy access my cousin bought the property and has a road to it now.

So we received a call from a tenant about a car wrecked and leaking fluid all over our parking lot and it looks like it hit a tree ? So I go over to investigate and see how bad this car is ? This is what I found.
Skid marks leading up to the tree IMG_4236.JPG IMG_4229.JPG
The tree that got hit IMG_4225.JPG
The car in question (at least it looks like it) lolIMG_4223.JPG
And the cause of crash down by where car came from. IMG_4228.JPG

Our lawnmower guy cut it off two weeks ago. Was a leafless stub.
Time to break out the chainsaws, or I know a few good tree guy's on this site. As long as you don't wait to long it won't require the added expense of a bucket truck...

You're making a lot of assumptions here! Let's not jump to any conclusions...
