Problem Installing a NEWCoil On A Sthil

Hey Fellas
I am installing a New Aftermarket Coil in a Sthil MS 290 & I have hit a snag the kill switch wire that is on the new coil is smaller than the OEM it's the end that connects to the trigger it holds the wire for the kill switch to work what can I do to correct this and get it done . Thank Ya fellas ahead of time

Depends really... on what type of connect it is. Is it spade or round..? Male or female....

The choice is a few... if it were me. . I'd un solder the original and fix it to the new. But that’s only if there was not another easier option.

the wiring harness is 15 bucks from Stihl I am not big on aftermarket coils
