Came across a powermate 0872400 power washer. Got the engine to run but dies. Made sure oil is full so as the low oil switch doesnt activate; still cuts off. Had run well for a short spell but reverted back
Never could get the pump to pump. Cleaned the hoses out, cleaned corrosion off connectors, replaced o-rings (handle is taped open). Wouldnt pump even with the hose disconnected.
I got copy of owners manual an it says how much oil the engine takes but no word on pump oil capacity. Went ahead and filled pump with 30W until it ran over. Still no dice
Wondering if anyone has experience with this.
Anyone got service manual fo this? Is the pump hard to work on? Any hints? Failed mention that the hise connector was wet when i took it off so there is some seepage. Im suspecting corrosion internal
