I have a 3450 and the pull start "spool" that the rope winds onto is FUBAR...I've bought the little flip out bits but where they pivot is all worn/blown out. I have the recoil assembly from a craftsman 3.0 on it for now but thats grey and Id really like to find replacement parts. The setup on the 3.0 and my 3000 seems much more robust. Got any of that kind of stuff- either a replacement for the 3450 or a complete 3000/3.0 setup?

I let a nla pulley and fly go to help that guy out on my site.

That looks like a much better design, but as @acornhill mentioned he has one less and the brandy new one he sent me got installed yesterday with new rope. Works great, many thanks! The green saw just looked funny with the grey cover, and now I can build that 3.0. I still have the 3300/3450 top end @Cut4fun sold me a few years ago to put on it, just havent made the time.

That if I recall was a 335 cylinder. Run a 330 3450 piston in it.
