Intake and exhaust look good man.
I’d try finishing your uppers with a smaller burr to keep the openings crisp.
Odd you say that. I find a larger burr there is better for me. Everyone's got their own ways I guess. I use a 3/16" barrel shape or 1/4" cylinder there.

Ken you have any pics of what you mean?

Or some of work you’ve done?
Nothing. Everything was lost from past work. I had very few pics. I'll try to remember some when these 660's get done this summer for the mill saw. Might port my 362 if I have the right right angle peice to get in there. Right now I don't even have a foredom, again. Two stolen so far. Started gathering burrs again and using air tools for now. Got two new straight pieces for the next whip drive I get. I can still work on 50mm and up jugs.

Cool it sounds like you got lots of experience remember to snap pics next time you are working on one

I'm sure my hacking will look like *s-word. They make hard rolls so I can straighten out the chatter marks. Cast iron is much more forgiving than aluminum but takes so much longer to work out. I find the hardest place to work is the edge of the cylinder plating.
