You can run a meteor 10mm slug in a 12mm jug. 99% sure it's got the same pin and skirt width as a 12mm.

Unfortunately, it's got the same piston boss separation as the 12mm and there's some play that allows the bearing to walk laterally a bit. Theoretically an issue, but I've yet to hear of any real world failures.

My 044 that I purchased new back in the day, needs a piston and cylinder.(10mm) I finally wore it out, it was down to 50 lbs of compression and would no longer start.(imagine that) My search for parts brought me to this forum, I've been reading for several days now...at least I got this one thing right.LOL You guys are a wealth of experience, it's been great reading/learning!
