I guess if you want a saw of that model it would be worth it. A small non running saw like that I usually will only give $5 to $8 for. Being a Partner may be good or bad as far as getting parts. Not sure how many of those they made. It looks a bit like a Skil I had a number of years ago. (ok, about 40 years ago...)

I think it's made by Skil and labeled Partner.
