This was in an E-bay auction that picked up as parts saws. It wouldn't hold and pressure or vacuum. Over all in not in horrible shape just dirty. So I finally got around to getting some gaskets for it, but upon further investigation, I found the problem. Now I need a few opinions on how to fix it. Here are my 3 ideas.
1. Moto-seal. Cheapest route but no guarantee
2. Oem case 1/2. Lets me keep it all OEM and a small mount
3. Aftermarket case. Already have on in the works

Pictures of what I found. Gasket blown and maybe the reason it was blown maybe.

I love the small mount with a ported 71 or 75cc topend on them. They just feel lighter in the hand to me, 24" is plenty big for these models anyways

I went with option 1. Picked up a new tube of Motoseal this morning. a Light coat of goo and re-assembled. I will wait 24hrs before I pressure and vacuum test again to be on the safe side.

Sealant with gap filling feature will do it.

Motoseal between crankcase and gasket pass maybe. Looks like it may be leaking between gasket and cylinder. Time for new round of motoseal.

Motosealed and holding. Need a few little bits and I'll be able to have it up and going I hope.
