Odd indeed

I broke a drive belt on a Toro Titan 5400 by just bumping a side walk,very slowly .Just snapped it like it was a rubber band .I thought that thing used a hydraulic pump to drive hydra motors instead of two hydraulic transmission belted to the engine .Found out different,my mistake .Not a big deal ,I'll fix it tomorrow .There's 90 hours on the machine and the belt looked good .

That is odd. I like to measure the belt and try tractor supply and replace with kevlar if possible. A lot of times its cheaper than factory brand belt.
