This one has a brandy new carbuflater. Pressure/wacuum test good on the bottom end. Gotta be something simple that's starving it for gas.

Fuel filter, line or bad impulse.
Usually it will run good for a short time with a bad vent and recover with the opening of the fuel cap. You can turn it on its side and crack open the cap while running as well.
