Nice! What are the home prices and schools like? My wife is ready to get the *f-word outta Kansas!

Housing market here is real strong Wayne...you got your typical below $100K areas, $100-200K areas, and your half a million dollar homes, neighborhoods, subdivisions. School system is excellent...used to be only three high schools, now there are five...and about a dozen middle schools and elementary schools scattered about. Warner Robins is big on sports...my old high school (Northside HS) has won a few 5-AAAAA state championships in football, baseball, basketball...and the cross town rival Warner Robins HS has won several as well. Warner Robins won the Little League World Series a handful of years ago. Jake Fromm, freshman starting quarterback for the UGA Dawgs was on that Little League Word Series winning team. Warner Robins built a huge Little League field, complex, venue yrs ago, and we get all the Southeast Region playoff games, etc.

Jobs are plentiful around here whether technical, construction, trade, contracting, sub-contracting, retail, etc, etc. Robins AFB is obviously the place to eventually get to. The base here is the largest employer in the state of Ga...over 30K strong here btwn civil service, active duty, reserves. And lots to do around here with the kids. You're within an hours drive to some of the best fishing in Ga...Lake Sinclair, Lake Tobosofkee, Lake Blackshear, Lake Juliette, Ocmulgee and Flint Rivers. And some of the finest deer and hog hunting the state can offer. Warner Robins has consistently been in the top five places to live and retire in Ga for many years.
