Yep. The OEM top end kit goes on sale quite often.
If the original is scored it's most likely one of two things. Either the intake clamp is plastic and not holding the boot tight enough to the cylinder or the impulse nipple inside the boot has torn.
No matter what, if it has the plastic clamp it must go. You can reuse the original partition by cutting the ears off and using a 385/390 clamp. This is the best solution IMO and a little cheaper than replacing the partition.

I started with a new Husky 455 back in 07. I was just asked how many I have now, but can not answer and I would need to go out and count, but it's almost enough.......Maybe, but I have more than 5. You're going to love that 346xp.
