New shootin iron

Today my wife went shopping with her sister. As she was leaving, she asked if I wanted her to pick anything up for me. Jokingly, I said yeah, buy me a gun................so she did.
It's a 5.5" Ruger Single Six convertible in .22lr/.22M.
I'm not quite sure how she chose it but I don't have one like it and it looks like it'll be fun.

Sweet, I traded mine for a P22 Walter with a laser and red dot sight. Wish I had it back!! Very much fun to shoot!

I think I have one of the P22 two barrel sets. I originally bought it for my wife but she prefers her Glock 22 with an Advantage Arms .22 conversion. I don't remember getting rid of it..........but then again, I don't remember what I had for breakfast.

Charlie, @amberg I do still have a P22. I found it this past weekend, stuffed in the back of a safe. My DIL has been wanting a little .22 handgun. With the two barrels and Laser, this might be perfect. Seems like a nice little gun, I guess I need to shoot it.

Graf's might still have Hornady .22M on sale. I think it was around $12 a box.

Finally time to do the pics. of the p22. The brother in law came down last week to shoot guns. He likes to shoot the p22! Looks just like the one you have. ( I think )
