Nice you guy's good team effort on this build can't remember what piston your using other than it's a husky?

Yep, it has a modified 272 piston.

Fixed the chain brake today using a 460 flag (did not have a 440 flag in stock). It needed some spacers (it is wider), but I may leave it, I think it has more clearance over the muffler and top cover.

Plan to cut some hard Maple with it tomorrow morning.

Dr Al added his typical left side port. However, the jug gets a double gasket on this saw, so it is a bit taller than normal.

Don't know if it is because it was "not right" or what, but the 440 brake handle rested on the muffler, the 460 seems to give decent space.

It was a great experience working on a project with Dr Al again. Learned a lot about what it takes to do a hybrid. May have confidence to try one now! (But I don't have the equipment or know how to do one like this).
