Sooo got it assembled today.
Few small issues, decompressor valve was terrible, had to seat the valve to seal, chain brake parts were terrible and parts missing... Ratted most from a parts saw...

Cleaned up cylinder without changing the port timings, could not do a gasket delete, had piston/cyl head interference without gasket,. 020" Squish with gasket, port timings were 98 exh open, 90 inlet close and 128 transfer open, removed muffler baffling and opened up outlets, less than ideal, but idles well and performs very good, hard nose 30" bar in yellow box
No bar oil at first, suction tube was blocked one way (toward pump of course) only via defects in the hose, got that sorted, overall happy indeed, will run a few tanks then port the cylinder a little and see

The transfer and intake #s seem very high. Usually intake much over 80 will suck a lot of gas.

What P+C is it? Any vids of saw cutting?

Farmertec cylinder, transfers seem low to me, would prefer them to open 8 deg earlier, and inlet to close 10deg earlier, looking forward to running some fuel through it today
No vids of it cutting, need an assistant

Well the saw runs great, cut down a fair sized dead yellow box and processed it with a couple of friends.

Lil China uses an awful lot of fuel haha, the oiler is anaemic at best, total junk in reality, half a tank of oil to 3 tanks of fuel, resorted to manually oiling the chain, ordered a high flow unit to replace it.

Overall pretty happy with it, most fun jigsaw I've done :D
Run a few more tanks once I get a decent oiler

Thinking the oiler got damaged in the first couple minutes, hose was blocked, fixed that, it does oil but no where near enough for a 30" hardnose in dirty yellow box, checked the system thoroughly
All my other stihls use pretty much one for one, tank of oil to a tank of fuel

Got a oem high flow knock off on the way, ground the control bolt to bring the worm out another. 010" seemed better but not enough, not enough swash on the worm or miss timed cut out etc

New oiler is a success, spent a few hours today, put 3 or 4 tanks through Lil China, made a lot of sawdust and had a ball, the ms660 for the heavy lifting and the 025 for the light stuff, the 38mag didn't get a look in

I have had to sand bumps in the squish band with sandpaper on an old piston (in one of my threads), but I have not had any problems with the oilers, but I'm very careful installing them.

I had heard that Hutzl had discounted the price to less than $150 shipped on the cloned MS660.
A look at their site revealed that it was not true. Shows $186 then you have to estimate shipping cost(?)
Is there an inside track on these, or a recommended way to purchase them that cheap.

I got mine for $130 (shipping was $100 with a bar and extras). Just wait around and a sale will pop up. I waited about a month since missing the last sale.
