Is the "bow" installed in the handle?
It is a staple shaped wire that limits the movement if the two rods.

I do have that it place, but there is still a bit of a gap, as it does not go right on top of the rods. It seems to want to move up and away though when it does pop off. LoneWolf, I'm sure it'll be coming to you soon enough.

Something is slightly out of place or bent.

Well what happened?

Pulled the handle off again and when I pull on the trigger it just continues to want to life out and off of that bottom trigger. Nothing appears to be bent or broken. It's a true mystery.

It's down my shop currently. Hopefully I can get a photo tomorrow if I'm not totally snowed in.

The handle side cover has ribs cast inside to limit side travel of all linkage parts.
Try pitting a small dab of soft putty---or chewing gum---LOL on linkage and install side cover.
Clearance can be determined.
Small chance, but might find the problem..

I cant be sure but it looks like you dont have the white cam all the way in or set right look at pic in post 67. Move that spring over to the right with a screwdriver and see if the white selector cam will go in deeper and set the spring the same way as mine in post 67. If its hard to understand what I mean PM me ans Ill call you.

Runs, but it will still lift off that trigger and come off. I still have the box you sent it to me in. I will PM you soon to see if your address is changed. I will send it exactly how I have put it back together, hopefully you'll be able to find my mistake. Very discouraging.
