Hello everyone. My first post on here. Im on some other forums and recognize some names on here from one I frequent. My question is about part number 1130 405 8000. It is the insulator for the ignition module. I am currently building the saw a piece at a time as i can afford it. The part in question is surprisingly scarce. My question, does it have to be non conductive? The bolt holding it on is essentially grounding it to the jug. Or does it provide another purpose? I purchased small plastic washers but im concerned they might melt. Could I just put a split washer on in its place?

Thanks. Jason.

And, spaces the coil away from the cylinder.

You do need it!

You will find the coil mounted crooked without it.

Got one in my junk somewhere. Let me look. [emoji848]
