Mower blade suggestion

I need a new blade for my push mower. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to specific blades for specific jobs but either way the one on my mower sucks.

I got a 21" MTD from Home Depot with mulch and bag options (no side discharge). I doesn't have enough lift for bagging and the mulching doesn't seem to chop it up really. Am I better off buying two separate blades or is there one that bags and mulches in one?

I use the G3 alot I like it over any hi-lift blade or other gator blades...
