Your best option is to just send it to me.Alright so I have a 2083ii that needs a piston so besides stock what would be my best option?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Well then you don't have to rebox it, just stick my address on it and set out for the mailman. But but I just got it.

Chainsaw Jim ported my 505, it sounds great and runs strong. I have no idea where the numbers would be.Would love to see some other folks 475/505 mods/builds. I sent the 475/505/2077/2083 builders/saws I had to DDave. I’ve never heard if they became all out race saws or what happened to them.
Pretty sure haha. He runs it with the five cubes at gtgs, but i think its actually a four cube top endAre you sure that’s what top end is in it?

I’ve got a good 475 piston if you want it it’s yours. I’ve also got 272 pistons. Short skirts, but they run well with the intake duration uptick. I like the ring end location too if you ever wanna grind some fingers or widen uppers. These saws have good case volume, the intake duration of the 272 piston doesn’t hurt a thing.Alright so I have a 2083ii that needs a piston so besides stock what would be my best option?

any pictures?I've always wanted to get into one of these series of saws. Those fingers better be huge to match TFJ work.
2083ii stock has a 52mm 76.5cc 475 piston is oem I have some used usable if it were for me. I would run them. Slight streak on some where they came out of runners.
oem stihl 064, meteor 064 - both just need pin bosses opened tad. aftermarket bb372 is drop in, but there isnt any good of those I have found even though I ran one in a saw.
