Received my second 592xp from Randy today. It is even more powerful than the first one I had. Communication was absolutely top notch. The saw starts and idles very nicely and the power is probably 10% over the previous and it hasn't even seen its second tank. To say I'm a fan would he an understatement!

For the new members:

Randy is as solid as they get.

My first ported 562 from 2016, running flawlessly till this day.

No ring hang ups, no gasket leaks, no rod issues, no bearing problems, no piston/cylinder scuffing.

Multiple tree felling jobs, bucking, stump removals.

Borrowed by neighbor #1, then by neighbor #2.

Production falling/logging for 14 days straight when my cousin was in a pinch to get a contract done.

Temp range from about -10F to 90F.

32:1 all its life, few spark plugs, filters, bars, chains.

For all the problems the 1st gen saws has, this build was as solid as it gets.

Money well spent, the knowledge and expertise, well worth the price.

Another vote for Randy being a solid guy. What he lacks in the leg department he makes up for with integrity.

He puts reliability over speed and doesn’t cut any corners. That’s how he got his well-earned reputation.

Well, since I'm the guy who bought your first MMWS 592xp evidently I need to send it back to Randy and have him redo it so it's got the extra 10% your new one does...
