MMWS 261 fair trade value

I have a gentleman asking about trading a pristine mmws 261 on my Jonsered 2188. I haven't seen a ported 261 for sale so I'm not sure on the value of that saw. I would like a fair price, one where the saw wouldn't set for sale for more than a few weeks if need be. Said he would include like new bar and chain and .325 and 3/8 sprockets.

Used value locally - $400-500
Porting - $350ish
So he is likely in the saw for close to $950 with shipping etc.
For some reason in my area a ported saw doesn't bring any more than a stock saw which baffles me.
On the forums I expect it would bring a lot stronger price.
Being pristine I would guess $750-800.

Used stock Sithl 261 CM saws on CL near me are about $400 to $425 range.
