Granberg. When logs are too wide for my bandsaw mill I cut the top and then square the sides with the mini mill. Sometimes it's even faster than turning/repositioning a big log

Yes, it compliments the Alaskan quite well.
One trick for the Mini Mill is to purchase an extra run of track for the other side of the board you have. So let's say you are on a 2x6 from the lumber yard, it will make a full 6" wide cant without repositioning(1/4" each side).
