I'm hoping to find all the information I can about mineral rights and how to value mineral acres.
This could be a real life changing thing for me or it may be just pocket change. The main concern is to educate myself so I can make the correct decisions.

Well this all turned out to be a big fuggin tease. The buyer didn't do his homework properly and ended up contacting me instead of the rightful family member who I share the same name with.
