I'm in the process of rebuilding a 200T, after getting the crank seals out, I have .0010" of horizontal(side to side) and .0020" of vertical play. Just was wondering before I buy and install the new seals, don't want to waste time/money.

Most of the saws I have done seals on had what seem excessive for side to side play but they are still running strong.

Thanks

Fine for drawn cup needle rollers.

Radial ball bearings not good.

I've seen many 200's and 201's with sloppy pto side cranks. The bearings run directly on the crankshaft with no inner race to protect it from getting worn.

Have found a few 200t cranks that were "sloppier" then most other saws yet very acceptable and operate properly long term. To me would not be acceptable on any other series saw...
