Brakes are over rated.

When in doubt power out!

Ok...now the carb is holding up the show.
It's been weeping fuel when sitting because the pump side plate was warped, with the largest gap right at the metering passage. Here's a pic of the gap after some sanding on the corners... it was way worse. 20180212_172129.jpg

I decided to clip both alignment pegs off flush for resurfacing.

New set of alignment pegs and a good flat surface. Woohoo!!

I could have saved some time and grabbed a cover off a junk SDC but this one is original McCulloch and has the identification stamp.20180212_231636.jpg

I was able to put this thing in some big wood today with the 60" bar. It's set up with an 8 pin .404 full comp square chisel.

Good Lordy Jim. That is awesome!!! Very well done, and a great video to boot!!
I just purchased a 46” and a 54” for my 125 and 797. Cant wait to get them in some wood!!

Frank, You get those off the bay? I seen them and almost called Greg to
make an offer but I just bought 4 bars from him two weeks ago. Those
are nice looking bars.
