Thank you for the reply, The original check valve 86402 (duck bill) was completely gone so I haven't the foggiest what it looked like.
Can't find any reference to the 86402 outside of Leons McCulloch literature IPL. This is for the oil cap so I am pretty sure the ones referenced for Poulan are much too tall.

Wait a sec here ... I just looked at my IPLs ... there is no duckbill on a 10-10A oil cap.

If you actually mean the fuel cap, the Homelite duckbill will be fine. I can't speak to the Poulan part.

Thanks for the info, my oil caps have a removable plate in the bottom and accommodations for a duckbill under it. This is a screenshot of my IPL for 10-10 and 10-10A saws.
