Not trying to step on Mdavlee's toes but, if you need it done sooner just PM me. Have two of them to do. Going to try switching over to the Dolly platform because I can not handle the vibs very well from running the 066 and 660's.

I have also be through the ringer with a shot, good bit of nerve damage, a fixed up shoulder, some tendon transplants in my wrist and recently smashed my other hand/wrist and broke the radius off. That was the easy stuff. The spinal surgery sucked and it is by far way worse than any of the other damage and rebuilds I have had. Pain lol, we forgot more about pain than most folks will ever know. They said I might never use my arm again but, when the three year test and tune came back we were looking at better than 70%
I have to go down the road of better av this time or hang up my big saw for good. Power head weight will be taking a back seat.
Going to port a 6400 jug just to see what is there. Next will be the step up to the 7900 or 7010 top end. One power head now has a 8300 AM NWP bolted to it now. Not hoping for much from it with those tiny transfer ports.

If you have time and tools Jon1212 has a nice thread on building a light weight bar from standard bars. Somebody toss up the link please.

No problem with you doing it if he wants it sooner.

I've had good luck with Bailey's cheap 3/8" 84dl laminated bar (lighter center insert) on my 2171. Won't last as long as a Tsumura but for $35 you can't go wrong. Rails seem to be holding up just fine.
The HLS 24" bar feels like a piece structural steel. Just saying,
