Looks good! That explains the 020 stamped in the block.

Your combustion chamber looks just like the cp24B83A08-1F7A-4281-8D6F-0EC3BB417FCC.jpeg

Trying to decide now, whether or not to attempt to make this a beauty queen. I have it down this far. Lol.

Good deal. I've got 125 stuff that is heading his way as well. It'll be interesting to see how this turns out...

I have been hesitant to powder the 125 tank, wasn’t sure that the tank sealant would take the heat or the powder stick

I hope Frank doesn't mind me asking in his thread. What does adding the boost port do and how is it typically done?

It’s pretty easy, this is the earliest cp block, there is a cast spot that only requires cutting out the square hole

even the second cp casting can be done just requiring the same cut out even thou isn’t less defined A3455566-116E-4577-A0DD-2D72B9BE11EC.jpegThis is the cover and gasket 1A233939-396A-49F7-B8A5-C7ABFBDB230C.jpeg
I think this is the reason everyone feels the early 797 is the strongest 123cc saw

No...gonna go rainbow. In this day n age...might get away with cuttin a tree down with a rainbow saw. Of course, will hug the tree first.
Lot of the kart saws were black, yellow, chrome, red white and blue. Basically a rainbow! Lol
