Lol. Looks like you guys covered sharpening a bit!

I will add the reverse in a drill grinding method does work well to return a broken bit to uniform sides.... Then you need to sharpen it.

I'm to busy to use a jig.... The lift method is what I was taught, but I usually grind the cut edge and then do another bevel behind it. I find it easier and they cut well. Practice makes perfect. I've broken hundreds of drill bits.

POS drill press, made a poor end mill. Thought this would be the neatest way to go. Was going good until the head spun and walked over.

So I went into full Mongo mode, ground it out instead. Took a bit of time, but end result was better.
