Mark it has some serious torque I've mad on cut with it. Got oiler working proper and need to sharpen chain.

Finally got a 920 in the guy did a topend rebuild several years ago for his dad but he passed and the saw was never used. lines looked good so he fired it up we ran it a few minutes but it stuck wide open and was hard to shut down no kill switch so I'm going through it new lines kit and everything he wants me to buy it but it has the odd bar size and parts are pricey but it does have great torque.

Did jonsereds ever make a direct equivalent to the husqvarna 242 or 42 special
As in later years there have been a few crossovers

Thanks for that

Most of the time the 242/242xp was made there wasn't any "automatic" function that a Husky model lead to a Jonsered model, even though it happened - and in this case it never happened before the 242 was replaced by the 346 - and the Jonsered 2147.

Then there is the question of what Jonsered model was replaced by the 2147 - seen in retrospect there is little doubt that it was the 2055, despite an 8 cc difference (45.0 vs. 53.2).
