Jonsereds XD Super - these were built from '60-'62 according to Acres. It's an 85 cc saw, and this is the one that you start, and then flip it over to cut. In other words, the chain may look like it's on backwards, but it's not.

Very good original condition. 165 psi compression, which is excellent compression for one of these. Runs on a prime (have video).

These are hard to come by; not sure if there are any of these in the states in this color scheme. Offering here first; will go to eBay in a few days. $1500 obo + shipping from 78248.

No, it doesn't spin backwards. The only difference is that you start the saw upside down. It throws people off when they look at the saw sitting on the ground or bench, not realizing that it's upside down (even though the fuel tank is pointed upwards at that point) and think the chain is on backwards. But after you start the saw, you flip the saw over to cut with, and the chain is spinning just like any other saw.

Clear as mud, right?
