1990 630 super v ( heated handles). I have to fix 1 wire to see if the heat still works. Has new caber ring, seals, gaskets, comes with new oil pump, 18 inch bar and chain. Base delete, muffler mod, changed timing to 104,124,75 also took .020 off the key. Saw is very strong imo! Stronger than my 034s which has base delete, muffler mod and timing advance. Front of case has small break but doesn't effect anything.

Yep it's below the bolt for the spike. The spike is on the saw. Not sure how it happened I bought this saw from the original owner and it was like that when I got it.

Awesome, both my 359 and my buddies 2172 have spikes that are held on with JB weld in the bottom bolt, appreciate you taking the time to document it clearly. Now I can see the it in the first pic.

Please keep me posted if you get a chance to test out the heater.

Took the saw out this afternoon for a bit. I have only cut softwood up to this point but today I cut some oak and oiler seamed a stingy so this may need a little TLC. But saw will come with new oiler and seal for oiler.

Installed new oiler and rinsed out tank. Buried bar in 18 inch oak seams to oil good now!

Nice! Any word on the heat? Is that something that I could potentially fix myself by replacing a readily available part?

There is one broke wire it's obvious what needs to be done but I just have had limited time.
