Last winter/spring an ebay seller sold a bunch of them. They were listed as new but all had an R melted into the tank on the bottom.

"R" melted into the tank is a factory refurbished saw.

Should be, but that didn't seem to be the case with these, it was more like an R for re-ship lol.
They were most likely saws that came back from TSC and then were sold off.
I ran one of mine yesterday .
