Austin @ZukiRyder400 great job on your first build and welcome to the OPE family!!! There is a little upgrade your Dad may have forgot about, you can use a 2255 clutch cover on your 2159 and have a better chain tensioner.
Thanks!! And that 2255 clutch cover that you had mentioned I wil invest in that soon.

Lol I bet that's a nasty bike. I have a mild big bore on my z, and it does pretty good.:D
At one time the wife and I each had a Z400. Hers was bone stock and mine had a 440 kit with full exhaust. There was a pretty noticeable difference between the two. The 440 had more attitude

Yep it woke it up quite a bit. Just a good all around quad really. That said I would love to get a older 2 stroke though.

Thanks!! I just ran my 2159/357 hybrid today at my grandparents today and it felt wicked responsive and even though it had a screwed up chain, it still cut quicker than I expected.
Tell pops to get you some new chains for that bad boy. It's child abuse making you cut with screwed up chains and all! :headbang:

The chain was good to go until my nephew put it in the dirt whilst trying out Austin’s saw. And yes, it was one of my square filed chains, guess I know what I’m doing tomorrow. No more 2159 for JoJo!!! Lol!

Will be getting him a couple new chains to call his own on Monday.

All joking aside we do need to get these boys up to speed with sharpening. Maybe those sharpening gages would be a good start for them. One things for sure, I don’t want to be on the vice every time one of them smokes a chain.
