WANTED jonsered 2077 2083 side cover

Looking for a side cover (clutch side) for a 2077 turbo. Its a customers saw so I will buy new if I have too. Cant find a thing on the inner web. Joined this forum and try my luck. Any response will be greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance.

I would bite the bullet and buy new. The used plastic covers are junk and I replaced mine with a new metal one and it solved all my oiling issues.

If you find a used one DO NOT accept a plastic one!!!!!

Where in the world did you find a new metal one at a dealer? Did they order one or was it NOS as they are NLA and NOS for awhile now.

My plastic one was broke and the inserts were loose.

The inserts don't really hold up. The inserts can be replaced with the inserts out of the plastic cover for a MS-290 or 310.

I have also noticed most of the plastic ones get ruined by not running the outer bar plate. I grind everything even to straighten them up again and use outer bar plates.

Got a thread on all of this.

It's not a looker. IMO easier to find the red metal one and just paint it.

Just noticed I didnt get the yellow metal one till last year, June 2015. Came on one of my 3 445.

Got the NOS red metal cover a few years ago. Oct 2013
