Yeah cured up It’s cool. We use it a lot here. I’ve never tried it green but cured it’s good.

Excellent T!!!! Just saw this post. That will pass for a breakfast. It is worth it to get that extra 45 minutes in for the routine. Dang boy I hate bein' hungry all morning at work. That's for the high school kids that have not figured this out.

Someone who should know told me in a meal get a meat, starch and something red or orange, something green and something yellow. Or eat it raw in between meals. There is something to be said for dietary sulfur which only comes from fresh veg.

Eat it like an apple. if in doubt, just eat a damn apple...
