Winter Storms
Last updated: January 19, 2017

Winter storms and the presidential inauguration are causing unavoidable service delays in the Northwest, Midwest, Northeast, and Washington, D.C. areas.

FedEx is closely monitoring winter storms affecting the Northwest, Midwest, and Northeast U.S. Contingency plans are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our team members and to minimize the effects of these storms on service. These storms often cause pickup and delivery delays and disruptions for FedEx customers. FedEx will be prepared to provide service to the best of our ability in areas affected by the storms and as local conditions allow.
Please continue to check FedEx Service Alerts for updates.
Continue to check the status of your shipments on fedex.com before going to any staffed FedEx location. You can also contact FedEx Customer Service at 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 or stay up to date by subscribing to service disruption email notifications at the FedEx Email Subscription Center.
