Picked this 600 on Craigslist Friday for $65. Carb kit is on the way. It will be interesting to see what it will sound like.

I was happy. He wanted me to make an offer. I told him I didn't want to offer him something way off from what he thought it was worth and kill any chances of getting it. He came back with $65 and I was all over it!

That's the way I negotiate. I know in my mind I want to get it cheap but I don't want to offend the seller when he thinks he has a rare jewel.
I got my near mint Stihl s-10 that way, he said is it worth 40.00 and I paused and said OK It's a deal.

need couple parts, if ya have any spare. outer fan cover, bar clamp/bumper, start spring.

This is what I have, it needs a pull start handle, fuel cap and the cover on the right side to hide the rope start. The old beaver tail bar still has the IEL logo on it. I'll have to put it in my electrolysis tank to preserve it.

nice one. that cover is one I need too. can make a bar clamp. also need cap, but part of bung is broke off. yours in way better shape.

I just bought 2 Tillotson AJ carb kits one for this and the other for my PM woodboss D.
I have the PM tore completely down I have to get 6 bearings and 2 seals and make all the gasket
That one is first before the AB.
Was your fuel tank all white and flaky inside, mine is kind of chalky.
