It’s 98% there to make a runner but if you are picky (which most of us are on vintage stuff)... I would put allen head crankcase bolts in after splitting and JB welding the plug back in. New seals, fuel lines, crankcase gasket, fuel filter, carb kit, and a few other smalls... of you’re really picky... the right carb, wrap handle, spikes, bar...

Also missing brake guts...

A little more than I wanted to pay, but I finally have a 3270 on the way, this one is the "SC" version which was the last of the 3270 series, had an actual choke instead of the primer that was used on the earlier models, been after one for several years.....:)s-l1600 (296).jpg s-l1600 (297).jpg s-l1600 (298).jpg

If I remember correctly, [emoji6] them have a special configuration main bearings. Metric OD and width. Inch bore with large radius to clear the fillet on the crank counterweights.

The 3270 is a dandy and one of Pioneer's better early generation machines. I recommended one to a member over at AS and he is very happy with it.

Cleaned up the 51 today and she fired right up, with a little altitude carb adjustment. Sounds and feels good

Hi All
Any Beaver Experts? I have Ser # 1232 that i am trying to bring back to life.
I need a reed vale for sure.A Manual would be nice.
It was seized i have it all apart now,the reed valve kept enough of the water out so the bearings are good.Managed to get the piston out with out damaging it or the rings. The cylinder and reed valve plate have some pitting.
Anyone have a stash of parts for these,or parts for the IEL AB may be the same.
Thanks Thomas
