Huztl MS440 chain brake band tight

Upon assembly the Farmertec clutch drum would barely fit in the case so I purchased an Oregon drum which was a little smaller and fit better but the inner ring of the brake band seems to drag very slightly, anyone know if this will cause a problem?

mine was like that to. I replaced the drum with one from rotary (which i think is actually an archer)and fit better but still had slight drag. Im just gonna keep an eye on it and if need be will try a different brake band. You will know if it drags to much cause it most likely will discolor the band from the heat in the area thats rubbing
