I think what you're seeing is one kit and one fully assembled power-head.

I bit the bullet and bought the complete unit a while back. Tne only issue i had was the clutch came loose on the crank, i ordered a new one and loctited it and torqued it properly havent had any issues since. I havent put a ton of time on mine just 2-3 tanks, but it pulls a 36" hardnose pretty good

NWP has a 090 p&c it's 66mm bore. The Huztl is 58mm.
