Guys, I'm going to try to repair a brake and for a 2101 by building a new band and attaching it to the old band rod. If I can get it to work I would be willing to build a few more in exchange for certain parts I'm missing
What are you in search of?

The bent style 2101 brake handle and linkage is what I really want to find, and I also need a decent cylinder cover and filter cover. The 2101 I just got is in pretty nice clean shape and I'd like to complete it properly. It runs really good after I fixed the couple little problems it had.

Does anyone have the measurements off of a velocity stack for a 2100? Also do any of you guys have a part number for a K&N or Uni filter for a v stack conversion?

IMG_1700.JPG IMG_1701.JPG IMG_1702.JPG I didn't quite go as small as yours. Found an uni filter on eBay that has a slight angle back, which should be good on the mill saw for keeping me from knocking the filter off with my hip. I set it up for a 2" filter. Doesn't look like it in the photo but I radiused the intake not too bad for no radius tool. I'm thinking that if the filter moves I may cut an oring groove in the outside and put a D ring in it so the mouth of the filter has something to 'lock' onto.

This was one of the sketchiest set ups I've ever done on my milling attachment for my lathe. Ha ha.

Now then this "air trumpet " deal .They claim it might be good for a 2 to 4 percent gain .Unless you resonance tune the intake tract which is a science all of it's own of which I know almost nothing about .You can Google it if you want .

Finally received my filter for the mill saw. You guys that run pod filters, do you oil them? Saw dust must be really tough to get out if you do. You'd think it would plug off and you can't shake it out too, but it would really stop the dust.
