Just teasin brutha. Full respect.I'm definitely a big whiner.
Is that right? 10 years of production falling timber isn’t worth anything?

Yeah, it seems to keep the case from rubbing pretty well in the swell-butted trees when dogged in with motor down. Allows me to let the saw do the work, and get a lower stump.@CLEARCUT @HYPERSAWS I remember one of you saying you liked the narrowness of the front of the 572 cases allowing it to dog in easier on big butts... I’ve been noticing it the last few days felling some bigger stuff. Even with the smaller dogs on it, it does dog in well.
It lasts longer in hardwood like maple and hickory here, as does oregon EXL. Just sticking to round for what I do. A good square is faster than round no doubt though. I think if I was on a pine job I would consider square.@huskyboy
How’s the new husky chain compare to the square for falling all day?

Do you think this is because of the geometry on the grind, or the metal/chrome plating?I think the EXL might be a touché more durable than the new husky chain, but the husky chain might cut a little better I think. Both kind of close really. Pick whatever you can get for cheaper.
I think the hardness of the metal, both handfiled. It’s not a huge difference really.Do you think this is because of the geometry on the grind, or the metal/chrome plating?
