Husky k760 cut-off-saw

So I have this cut off saw, given to me in pieces with a new carb. With it all back together the primer will not pull gas through the carb. I tried another bulb, I tried the orig carb with same results. It worked right after the assembly was put back together. But after it was together enough to run suction builds up in the bulb.

are you sure your lines are right long nipple on primer goes to tank other to carb. Or both primer plates are bad from trying to prime backwards i have seen this happen before, don't ask me how i Know

Guess I need to change primer bulb next
