I just saw a 47 m/m 362 piston (am) for sale, does anyone know if this piston could possibly be used in a 359, cut as a popup piston? pin size? height from pin to top?

Got the golf 47 m/m 362 piston today, gonna see if I can make a popup for a 359.
However, it is .120 taller over the wrist pin, a bit much, also is .050 more space between the wrist pin bosses, everything else measures good.

I ported two 359 top ends, one I ground out all the dividers in the transfers.
Then I read that Mr. Evans says he gets better results if he doesn't do that, so I left them in the next one, just sharpening up the ends.
I also put the second one on a full circle 357 crank, this one is very strong, it beats my stock 562 all day.
Also, comp on these two saws with base gasket delete is in the 170s,
what would they do with another 15-20 lbs.? That's what I am after.

Steve, (Stump Shot) do you think there's any chance of this piston working?, I could stack base gaskets, sand the squish and have popup cut.
I think the ring might get too high in the unplated, you'r thoughts?
I know! just send cyl to you for proper cuttin!
