lol that's funny, that's usually what happens
That’s just real world experience..

I like the stuff traditionally made from organ meats and pork fat, but damn few people are willing to do what it takes to make the stuff..

So muh dogs eat good instead.

My 6 year old thought we should eat the heart from my buck, not sure why lol. Sliced it thin n cooked same as I do most other cuts, not bad but definitely a different texture. Anybody know the right way to prepare it?View attachment 154107

Yes. Mama! Is done like liver and onion's with gravy. Check out the liver and onion thread. ( Good eating! )

Just got home from another deer hunt yesterday. Walked in the door and the house was smelling good good good.
Wife had been busy for 3 days doing up part of the last deer in jerky. 1 gal bags, spicy hot and mild.

Have yet to try any other jerkys that has come close to the spicy hot jerky. Best out there IMHO.

A beautiful day in KC.
Mid-range work with the Win Mod70 / 7WSM launching 180gr Berger VLD's over H1000.
Due to rain and flooding we could only use the 600yd range.
We still had fun.

TBAC Can?
Very nice setup.
I use a Atlas bipod my my AI 308 but have a Harris that I swapped out the feet with Atlas pattern. I use it on picatinny rail.

Love that S&B. I bet it's an amazing optic.
My budget will only handle Ziess level but I have my eyes on an older Vortex HD.
