You should be able to square any full chisel cutter. Needs the square corner. You cannot square semi chisel chain.

Not always true remember this harvester chain it’s a different animal to start with. What I’m trying to get at is sometimes the cutters are much larger then standard 404 cutters.

I am with RI Chevy here, my understanding of "Full Chisel" makes that chain look like semi or something in between of chisel/semi chisel at best.
This is Skeans1's picture cropped but not resized for those that read the forum on a small screen.

If the manufacturer calls that chain Full Chisel then there is something wrong with the definition of Chisel tooth.

3/8" chisel teeth, Carlton A2, Carlton A2LM, Dolmar 099, TriLink

But I am not one to argue. :)

It’s all good, if I could run square on the harvesters I would I much prefer it and could see the possibility of longer motor life as well as less heat generated.

That looks like the harvester version of Stihl's 404

It is .058" and it is a crappy chain.
Maybe I just got loops from a poorly made roll, nonetheless I don't like the chain.
TriLink is also the only 3/8" chain that snapped on me, 2 out of 2, one chisel one semi chisel.

That’s spooky did they snap at the master link or else where?

Both loops stretched extremely for a 3/8" chain then snapped at the tie straps.
One loop snapped at one tie strap and had another broken on one side, that indicates soft tie straps on the entire chain.
The rivet holes wallowed out causing stretch, and eventually the strap broke.
Both loops had about 1/4 life left in their teeth.

Don't take my experience with TriLink as a rule!
Many OPEForum members seem to like their chains.
Others also seem to get better performance out of TriLink chains than I did.

Still, fact is that TriLink is the only chain brand in 3/8", among those I have ever used since 2006., that snapped on me.
And to make thing worse, 2 out of 2 did so.
Nothing happened when they snapped, they caught themselves in the wood I was bucking IIRC, still gave me a scare.
I disposed of the broken chains, but I should have pictures on my desktop PC.
