No. I used a hacksaw blade in the groove when I had the hammer in my hands. Depth is not an issue, there is plenty. My son is going to trade school for welding so some day I may have him weld it and regroove. Hate to pitch it.
Anybody have a bar shop near you?

Which one is c? I always pick c.

Hackberry. But that's about all its good for now.

Stone it is. How about some dull files?

Seriously though I never thought I'd be able to stone a beak into one before it had issues in the cut.

Stoning it was my next guess. I may have done that once before myself[emoji849]

Picked this bugger on Saturday evening and did a little preliminary doinking,
It was, as I mentioned in the snag thread, the 1st time I’ve touched a square grinder let alone used one.

today I got somewhere

I used up the remains of some spare wheels that guy threw in then I put on and dressed up a new blue wheel that came with.

I think my dressing is alright.
I’ll have to get some photos of the wheel.

The sdm-4 seems to have a really sharp side plate angle that is probably badass for racing but for work Chains I don’t know.
I mean I don’t know if it’ll hold up or not?

To get in the corner it seems like I have to really cut an acute angle on the side plate.

Please oh please help me ope.

There’s a way to fix it. Box it up and send it to me for safe keeping.

The dresser angle for the side can be changed to make the corner tighter to the top side of the wheel.

When I hit the like button earlier, the link was not there.
So I looked through it a bit. I guess it only does round ground.
