Well fellas I'm not gonna pretend to know what I'm doing here but this is what I came up with. It cuts very well so I'm happy. This was a fairly new round filed chain originally.

I made chain just like that when I started square. It cuts but feeds like *s-word. It is hard to pull with a small saw. When you "hit that corner" right you will know it. Frees the chain right up. The rpm's climb and the chain self feeds. I might try this tooth on a chainsaw mill with a short bar and a big power head.

Yeah this was a first attempt. After looking at some of the other pics here I'll try to change it up a little next time.

Having you guys look at and tell me what I'm doing wrong definitely helps.

FWIW it worked great on my 372XT. Comparable to round but seemed smoother and noodled very well.
